Returns on Merchandise
We stand behind the quality and condition of all of our merchandise, although recognize that from time to time our customers may wish to return an item.
If you receive an item that has been damaged while on route to your door, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by calling us at 1-800-550-DOVE (3683), or e-mailing us at email@example.com to arrange for the return and replacement of the item.
If you receive an item which is not exactly what you wanted, please notify us within 30 days of receipt by calling 1-800-550-DOVE (3683) or e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will accept returns on unopened merchandise in its original condition in exchange for a merchandise credit good for use in any of our locations, or for items found in our printed or on-line catalogs. It returning items for exchange, we ask that you use a carrier that insures delivery, as we reserve the right to grant partial credit for items returned.
