Shipping
All of our orders are shipped UPS insured from our
headquarters in Barrington, New Hampshire. We take great pride in
ensuring that your parcel is packaged with the greatest of care, and
is shipped in the most timely manner possible.
Currently, we are charging $8 for shipping on
any order under $100. This includes handling and shipping via UPS insured.
We strive to keep our shipping rates as fair as possible. As always, if you have any questions please call us at 800-550-DOVE (3683).

charge information. The charges listed below are applicable to deliveries
within the continental United States only. Please note that there may be additional shipping and handling charges not indicated below for large packages.
Under $100, shipping charge is $8.
$100 - $199, shipping charge is $12.
$200 - $299, shipping charge is $20.
all orders above $300, shipping will be 11% of the total order
We are happy to ship to customers throughout the
world, but request that you call us at 1-800-550-DOVE (3683), or e-mail
us at santa@christmasdove.com to ascertain the applicable shipping rates.
Returns on Merchandise
We stand behind the quality and condition of all
of our merchandise, although recognize that from time to time our
customers may wish to return an item.
If you receive an item that has been damaged while
on route to your door, please notify us within 7 days of receiving
the item by calling us at 1-800-550-DOVE (3683), or e-mailing us at
santa@christmasdove.com to arrange for the return and replacement
of the item.
If you receive an item which is not exactly what
you wanted, please notify us within 30 days of receipt by calling
1-800-550-DOVE (3683) or e-mailing us at santa@christmasdove.com . We will accept returns
on unopened merchandise in its original condition in exchange for
a merchandise credit good for use in any of our locations, or for
items found in our printed or on-line catalogs. It returning items
for exchange, we ask that you use a carrier that insures delivery,
as we reserve the right to grant partial credit for items returned
damaged.

We at the Christmas Dove believe that your personal
information, such as your e-mail address and credit card, is just that, personal.
We do not take the trust bestowed upon us by our customers lightly,
and treat all information collected in recording orders with the utmost
discretion. Period.
