Christmas Dove Support, SantaSanta is trying really hard to get all of the presents out to everyone before Christmas. We want to make sure that you are not disappointed if you place an order and don't receive it in time for Christmas. With that said, please observe the following guidelines when placing an order from now until Christmas.

Holiday Shipping Schedule 2013

Standard domestic ground ship orders placed after 5PM Eastern Time December 16th may not arrive before December 25th. To make sure that your order arrives before December 25th please consider using a Guaranteed Delivery date. We do offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Service which may be selected at checkout. We are available by phone at 1-800-550-3683 during regular Business Hours to discuss delivery options the week before Christmas. Thank you and have a very Merry Christmas!

Returns on Merchandise
We stand behind the quality and condition of all of our merchandise, although recognize that from time to time our customers may wish to return an item.

If you receive an item that has been damaged while on route to your door, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by calling us at 1-800-550-DOVE (3683), or e-mailing us at santa@christmasdove.com to arrange for the return and replacement of the item.

If you receive an item which is not exactly what you wanted, please notify us within 30 days of receipt by calling 1-800-550-DOVE (3683) or e-mailing us at santa@christmasdove.com . We will accept returns on unopened merchandise in its original condition in exchange for a merchandise credit good for use in any of our locations, or for items found in our printed or on-line catalogs. It returning items for exchange, we ask that you use a carrier that insures delivery, as we reserve the right to grant partial credit for items returned.
